I want to share my 5 Star review of myVibe because the coaches Gary and Neisha have changed my life for the better! I really want people in my local community who need motivation to get fit and healthy, to know that help is a phone call away - and Gary and Neisha are waiting and ready to support them to make simple effective changes.
I have been attending fitness sessions at myVibe for over 3 years. At the time I joined myVibe I was very unfit and my doctor told me I needed to lose weight and get my health sorted out . I tried walking and exercising on my own at first as I’m not confident participating

I have been a member of myVibe Health & Fitness for 8 years. Gary and Neisha provide a fun fitness program to help everyone achieve goals that sometimes they didn't even realise they had! We have had lots of great adventures along the way, travelling to events on the Gold Coast, Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney, Huskisson as well as many locally organised activities. Each class is different, in beautiful locations around Minnamurra River or Jones' Beach, and all the clients are welcoming and happy, and I love that we still manage to work hard in such a relaxing environment. I am so grateful that I discovered
