They were okay while I was a customer but my business isn't doing well and I needed to find a cheaper solution. They promised a lot for the 500 dollar exit fee but instead only threw a zip file at me and refused to resend it to the new company's email when I told them I needed sent straight to them.
When they sent the files they completely took down my site without telling me. It's been down for a whole day costing me potential customers.
Then later when I requested that they work with the new company to get the website setup, as promised for the 500, they yelled at me on the phone for 20 minutes

Steven and his team at O24 have done an amazing job in developing my business's website. Steven and his team at O 24 solutions have been amazing and personally responsive to all of my concerns since the day I entrusted them to update our web presence. No more so than the last few days when an email issue cropped up (if I cannot receive/answer emails, I lose business). After painstakingly verifying that the issue was not on my end or on his end, he spent over two hours on the phone with my hosting provider trying to convince them that they were the problem. This company is on point with customer relations. Steven understands and listens to my needs and fulfills them quickly with expertise! My phone calls and texts are always answered immediately. Changes to my site are usually done while we're still on the phone! They may be located on the opposite side of the country from me, but it's just like they're around the corner. I am in the service industry and if Steven didn't have his own company, then he'd be working for me!! Believe me, you will not be disappointed if you sign on with them.
