In our younger years when we are kids, the male and female body is pretty much equal in the way the processes and functions operate. Once we hit puberty however, it is a very different story! At the start of puberty the amount of testosterone in a male will increase in huge amounts. Testosterone is a naturally occurring steroid hormone, which helps with the growth of bones and muscles.

In 2007 Shannon Green founded Warrior Performance with one core mission in mind; to build a temple dedicated to helping people achieve their strength, fitness, health and lifestyle goals. Some years later, he joined forces with Lauren, now his wife. Together they have built Warrior Performance into a community of people focused on supporting each other to do their best and achieve the goals they set.

Having worked in the fitness industry at a variety of places before opening Warrior Performance, Shannon became frustrated with the options available and realized he needed to create a special place with it's own personality and mission.
The importance of recovery in ones training regime is a major factor that is often overlooked. At the Warrior Performance strength and conditioning centre we have a number of facilities to optimise your recovery and reduce soreness so that you can get the most out of your performance. Infrared Sauna - Increasing your core temperature for short burst is not only healthful, it can also dramatically improve performance.
We have a range of options available from - One off technique sessions to get your squat/bench press or deadlift technique right to One on One personal training with customised nutrition, Programming, Massage therapy, Stretching, Infrared sauna and more. One of our knowledgeable staff members will be able to help you with your enquiry.
Please book an appointment in advance to chat, as our team is usually personal training/coaching clients and we would love to answer all your questions, but we need to make sure we are not taking time away from a clients training session. What a great gym run by great people. My 15 year old son and I just did a novice powerlifting competition at Warrior Performance. All the staff were so encouraging and professional. Shannon and Lauren are amazing they put their heart and soul into running events and the gym. They provide an environment suited to all levels of experience. Thanks for everything.

Best coaching and power lifting gym in Sydney.
Shannon Greene is dedicated to seeing his clients succeed both in the gym and in life.
My wife and I both coach with him after many failed attempts with other coaches, we will surely never be coached by anyone else. His knowledge on nutrition and the mechanics of the body are out of this world.

I’ve been training at warrior performance now for just on 4 years. Prior to that I have chopped and changed from multiple gyms but since coming to Warrior I don’t think I’ll ever leave. The gym is ever evolving on every front including equipment, programming, training methodologies and nutrition. The level of other gym members and the numbers on the board are testament to this. It’s much, much more than a powerlifting gym if you were to gloss over it quickly. It’s almost a university of fitness with such a diverse range of levels and abilities yet everyone is excelling in their own chosen

I can not recommend Warrior Performance highly enough. Joining has been the best decision I’ve ever made. No nonsense, supportive and fully equipped with everything you need to get strong and hit your training goals. You won’t find a better coaching team than Shannon and Lauren.

Shannon is the best strength coach I come across. Amazing strength and conditioning facility. I have learnt so much from him and Lauren in my time there and have been able to apply so much of that knowledge to my own career. I recommend to any novice to elite lifter who wants to either become stronger, learn more on human movement or get into powerlifting.

Ive been training at warrior performance for a few years now. Ive seen shannon for injury recovery, after child birth. And i wouldn't recommend anywhere else. The gym has great equipment. The programming is awesome. And the care the team have for you is unbeatable. You wont be forced to lift weights you can hardly move and pushed beyond limits. Its all structured and correct training.

Shannon from Warrior Performance has changed my life. My work is very hands on and i constantly got injuries. With his amazing knowledge of the human body and technical approach to strength & conditioning, I noticed a difference in my posture and general strength after 3 months.. 2 years on, still no sore back, no aches and pains and getting stronger everyday.
