I had always trained hard but didn’t realise just how much diet plays a part. George provided guidance, motivation and accountability - all in a nice way of course. :) He genuinely wants to help you reach your goals and is always available to answer your questions or listen to your concerns. And he practices what he preaches!!
He helped me focus on what I needed to do to achieve my goals, and I did!

I have had the pleasure of working with George for over 1 year now, starting off with his 12-week program. Throughout my lifetime, I have tried many different ways to lose weight and have always failed. With George’s program I learned how to understand the food I eat and how my body reacts to this. George did not restrict my favourite foods and even included my fav coffee each day 😉 I have seen huge improvements not only in my physical appearance, but he has he has changed my full mindset. Ultimate personal training has saved my life. George is the master trainer. His commitment to his clients and tailored meal plans are nothing less than excellent. I had goals I wanted to achieve and I have achieved them through hard work with plenty of sweat blood and tears. George has been by me through my ups and downs and continues to do so to… date. I completed a 12 week challenge with George and have also used him as a personal trainer at the gym. I can say that George is a consummate professional. He is always prepared and on time and no matter how many clients he may have already seen he always gives you his 100% focus. During my 12 week challenge I successfully lost nearly 10kg under George's guidance. Our PT sessions were always interesting and pushed me hard. I'd highly recommend George if you're serious about changing your life.

First time George from ultimate personal training helped me with my nutrition and training was over 10 years ago.
To this date I still do his 12 weeks challenges and always get assistance with my nutrition.
The transformations Iv achieved from reducing my body fat to building muscle I can honestly say would not have been achieved without his assistance.
