So delicious, and such a nice atmosphere! Loved the eggs! I recommend their super fresh orange juice and smoothies.
The people who work here are also very accommodating and do a wonderful job!!
Parking is super easy to find close by on a Sunday.

Great coffee. Nice food. Small range, but all really nice. I'm giving a 4 as having moved to the area, I miss the perks of my old haunt which had a coffee rewards card and free dog biscuits which made it a ritual to walk the dog there each day

Very tasty plates of deliciousness. The mushroom special was excellent. Quite rich but a must for a mushroom lover. The falefel bowl was equally as good, and a solid portion. Coffee was well balanced and served with a smile. Lovely staff, who are attentive and welcoming. Most importantly, the hash brown is a winner.

Not only does it have AMAZING coffee and food, the team are always super friendly and attentive, whether you're a local or whether it's your first time dining with them.
Love the interior styling, it has a really cool and different buzz inside!
Pretty sure there's a new Head Chef as it feels like new things are changing and getting even better - if that's even possible?! Although their main menu is unreal, they constantly change it and have specials that are to-die-for!

I can honestly say that all their dishes & drinks are as good as they look — highly suggest you check them out! 🌸 The interior of the cafe is also very beautiful & the service is great! ✨
My favourite dish was definitely the mushroom croquettes!!! Super flavourful, crispy & filling! The french toast is definitely a chocolate lovers dream ☁️ — love that this dish is not overly sweet! 💓

A favourite cafe of mine in Melbourne. The best part is the super friendly staff who are always up for a chat. The food has a wide variety of influences from classic Melbourne brunch to Middle Eastern dishes. They've recently launched a great 'Feed Me Pack', filled with lots of different Middle Eastern dips, falafels, salads and more (great value). The coffee is great & never lets me down

I visited Neon Tiger today morning for brunch with my four friends. We were greeted with a warm smile and was soon given a table. First all of us ordered some coffees which were well presented and the latte arts were just on point.
Then we went on to order our main meals. We ordered
• Challah french toast
The grilled banana n the butterscotch sauce made the toast really moist and delicious. The sauce wasn’t overly sweet and walnuts definitely helped in balancing the flavours perfectly.
• Pumpkin fritters
Not being a massive pumpkin fan, I wasn’t sure what i was getting into. However

Walk in and be amazed with the most open and spacious cafe. Well decorated interior, open windows with indoor and outdoor seating.
Challah French toast - thick sesame egg battered toast with the most caramelized banana, strawberry, dates and sugar coasted cashews. The butterscotch sauce drizzled well over the toast and added a sweetness to the dish
Asian goodness bowl - the most packed and well valued bowl I've seen. Large portions, well arranged, the poached chicken was so tender and juicy. Each topping had its own unique flavour when paired with another.

Neon Tiger has been open for two years in Malvern. It belong to the same family as Mr. Brightside and Hendrick's Food Store. One of the owner, Paul is a friendly, generous and warm guy. love the scone

Consistently very good food and coffee. Inside/ outside dining. Fresh, clean, and just a little upmarket.

Nice food. A welcome addition with newer menu than some of the overpriced boring 'menu never changes' places that take their customers for granted (not mentioning any names Sissi and co!). I just hope they change the menu every now and then.

Malvern Road is a flurry of new apartment developments at the moment. Which I guess is great; apart from the excess traffic, because it tends to mean that most places have now added cafes to the apartment blocks.

Neon Tiger is one of those places that has opened up in the ground level of an apartment block.

Neon Tiger is a blink and you miss it place. I honestly had no idea of the name of the place until I looked at the menu. The Neon Tiger is represented by a sign of a neon tiger, without any wording. Looks good though.
