My name is Arun and I'm the founder of Hybrid Training Systems (since 2010). I am a highly experienced and certified Personal Trainer in Sydney, Australia and have a Certificate IV and III in Fitness and a Master Trainer Certification. My services are also 100% insured.

Do you live far away from us or can't find the time to come in for sessions? In addition to 1 on 1 Personal Training at our Private PT Studio, we also provide Online support to clients that are located further away from us or prefer to train on their own but need some guidance. This service is available worldwide!
Best of all, not only are our consults FREE, but we also have a straight-forward no obligations policy for all consults so you need not worry about being pressured to sign up for training if you feel we may not be the PT that's right for you. Improved his strength (and lean muscle) immensely. More importantly, he initially had VERY bad forward neck and kyphosis (postural issue where the shoulders are of slouching forward). He also could not get past parallel on his squats. He's squatting full range over 85KG at the moment and gaining more all the time.
How long do sessions go for? The first session typically goes for slightly over an hour, solely because there will be a lot of information to pass on to you regarding training as well as nutrition. After the first session, you can expect most sessions to be completed within 45 - 60 minutes or so not including pre-training warm ups and assessments.

The experience I have had with Hybrid Training Systems can be described as nothing short of a new awakening.
