Exercising to your own personalised program in a small group under supervision, enables you to achieve your goals. As your body changes Pilates exercises change with you, it's this versatility and longevity that gives Pilates its appeal. Pilates is a safe form of exercise when taught by a qualified Pilates practitioner. Private and semi-private studio classes as well as small group mat classes using specialised equipment.
Services
The philosophy of Pilates is to strengthen you from the inside out. By using your own body weight, gravity and light resistance you strengthen the deep muscles that support and stabilise the joints for safe movement to occur. Pilates is a thinking person's workout, the more aware you are of your body, the better the workout.
Clare Hooper, a Drummoyne artist won the Bloomin' Arts prize in 2011. This prize is available only to artists with a disability. The prize offered Clare an opportunity to enhance her creative talents through a mentoring program with Sydney College of the Arts in Rozelle. This experience for Clare has been thrilling, as she has experimented in different art mediums and subjects.

Natalie is such a delightful instructor. She is incredibly dedicated, always challenging and pushing clients to achieve more than they ever thought possible. She is caring, has a very bubbly personality, and most importantly is very knowledgeable and experienced.

I wouldn't have practised Pilates for 13 years (and counting) if it weren't for Natalie, and I certainly wouldn't have trusted anyone else to direct me during, and following, both of my pregnancies.Natalie has been invaluable in helping me to overcome a long-term lower back injury. By designing a personal program using the machines and equipment at the My Pilates studio, Natalie has enabled me to improve my core strength and flexibility.

I participated in the certificate 4 Pilates course at My Pilates. Natalie is an exceptional instructor who goes above and beyond what’s required to help her students gain the skills required of the course. She has amazing knowledge and I look forward to further courses with her.

I have been attending Pilates with Natalie for many years. I started Pilates as I wanted to strengthen my core, maintain good flexibility and keep good muscle strength.The programme is designed for you and carried out on equipment that is generously placed in the studio.Natalie attracts great people which is fun and enlightening, a double bonus.Natalie teaches Pilates as well, so the work you do, is up with today's trends. I was hoping for flexibility and core strength , got lots more than that, Natalie is a great teacher/guide and gently pushes you to try harder exercises or movements. It's great for balance and I'm sure it's helping my golf as well!

I started seeing Natalie couple of years ago after debilitating chronic back pain problems, needing to strengthen muscles and core.
Her program has definitely helped me become more mobile.
I like how the program is tailored to my needs, she is experienced and very knowledgeable in knowing how the body works.
Its a comfortable and safe environment. No hesitation in recommending her.
