Body Benefits is a small private studio that is flooded with natural light and fresh air. The studio has been specifically designed to calm the mind, energise the body and nurture the soul. The studio caters for all ages and fitness levels and is fully equipped for private, semi private or group classes.
We believe regular exercise should be an enjoyable and rewarding experience and have designed our studio and sessions to reflect this philosophy. Lizzie the owner has been working as a Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer and Health Coach for 26 years. Lizzie is a friendly, supportive and motivating instructor who combines her exercise and coaching skills to help her clients stay motivated, lose weight, tone up and get fit.

Lizzie has designed a wide range of Pilates Reformer workouts combined with a varitey of other equipment to ensure you have a great workout each and everytime you visit. Strengthen and tone your core, abs, legs, butt and arms while improving posture and flexibility.
Body Barr is a fusion of Pilates, Ballet, Yoga, Cardio and Strength Training designed to slim, tone and strengthen the whole body. The cardio section will burn fat and get you fit fast. This workout is great for toning and shaping up those classic problem areas such as your bottom, hips, thighs, abs and triceps.
These private sessions allow you to focus on your individual goals. Personal training / coaching sessions are ideal if you would like to lose weight, tone-up, get fit and improve your eating and exercise regieme. Achieve your personal goals with an individual exercise program designed specifically for you.

All our appointments are reserved exclusively for each client. Our 10 week packages ensure you stay motivated, overcome procrastination and achieve fantastic results.
Clients train at Body Benefits between one and three times a week depending on your schedule. Yes, as all classes and sessions are booked exclusively for each client for a minimum of 10 weeks. We do not offer casual classes as all sessions are booked exclusively in advance for each client. Yes, clients can re-book on line via the session schedule page - terms and conditions apply.
