All services are conducted at our custom built Pilates Connection Studio and private treatment rooms at 3/9 Birdwood Avenue, Lane Cove. Pilates Connection has been offering expert, individually tailored, private and small group apparatus Pilates services in Lane Cove for more than a decade. All of our instructors are highly trained qualified professionals with a thorough knowledge of all the Pilates equipment and repertoire including the Trapeze Table, Barrels, Chairs, Reformers, small apparatus and mat.

Our studio sessions offer a tailored service suitable for adults of any age and ability, from the super fit to those rehabilitating, or new to exercise. All clients enter the Studio program via a fifty minute initial consultation (IC).
You'll be given a postural assessment to help identify any areas of musculoskeletal imbalance and we discuss any specific conditions or pathologies that we may need to be mindful of as we work with you, as well as any goals that you may have.We also introduce you to the basics of the Pilates method, ensuring you are working correctly from day one.

After 2 years of sciatic pain in my leg and back pain, 2 MRI's, 2 lumbar injections and numerous Chiro and Physio sessions I was pointed to Liane and Pilates Connection. I have finally found something that is improving my pain. Its not a quick fix, so it will take time, but my back is finally improving and with Liane and Larissa's close attention at every session I can feel the difference. If you have back problems then I highly recommend Liane and Larissa at Pilates Connection, I'm very grateful to have found them.

I have been coming to Pilates Connection for years, and I am particularly indebted to Liane and Larissa for their attentive care as I recuperate from a broken hip. They've helped me keep the rest of my body mobile while my fracture was healing, and are now offering lots of useful advice on how to strengthen and retrain my muscles as I learn to walk again.
