We know everyone's body works differently, so we offer an individual tailored Pilates approach. Whether you do our private or small group Pilates (maximum 5 people), we provide you with your own personalised program EVERY session.

Specialising in injury and pain rehabilitation (neck, shoulders, back, knees), pre pregnancy Pilates / post pregnancy Pilates, core strength, total body conditioning and improving sports performance, we are the most comprehensive Pilates studio in Neutral Bay.Our intimate and private Pilates studio applies both a contemporary and modern approach to the traditional Pilates method.

Mission Possible Fitness was founded by Simon Bryce in 2013, originally a brother sister duo, the family culture created by Simon and Amanda has continued on as other instructors and studio owners have joined the team. At Mission Possible Fitness you can expect to be apart of more than just a gym, we are a community, a family, and a support network.
Art of Pilates has the best team of Pilates Instructors on the Lower North Shore! With various backgrounds and styles, we all offer something exciting and unique for everyone. Some of our clients work with multiple instructors each week, giving them variety in their Pilates sessions. We encourage this idea so that you are constantly challenged in new ways.
We pride ourselves on working with each person as an individual whether you are in our small group Pilates classes or 1:1 Pilates classes. Whatever your age, sex, shape or ability, everybody is welcome into any class as we will always work with you on your own individual Pilates program within the group class so you can achieve the results which are important to you.
Art of Pliates is a wonderful pilates experience. Belinda is a lovely and warm skilled pilates instructor who will transform your life with pilates. I really like the small classes and the friendly environment at Art of Pilates. I'm not an athlete and have never done much in the way of exercise, but Belinda and her team helped make getting started much less intimidating.

I returned to Pilates after having 2 babies and was looking for a studio that provided a more tailored class to me. I had areas that needed work and also was experiencing some pain in areas. The whole team made me feel really comfortable and small classes allowed one on one help. After a few weeks the pain was gone and I was so much stronger.
Would highly recommend.

I came across Art of Pilates after experiencing a lot of issues that left me unable to do any exercise. I wanted a pilates class that focused on rehabilitation, this is exactly what Belinda and her team do. With exercises tailored to my program I started using muscles that I've never used before with weight lifting and running (causing my injuries) and because of this I was able to engage the muscles that weren't working properly when I started running and weight lifting again.
Art of Pilates has changed my life, I wouldn't be able to run or do any weight lifting now if it wasn't for Belinda and

I am a long distance runner and Art of Pilates keeps me able to run. The friendly group classes provide personalised programs that are tailored for your requirements. I have my health limitations - but Belinda and her team have gone out of their way to help me reach my goals whilst allowing for the extra challenges I have. I would thoroughly recommend Art of Pilates to anyone who wants to keep their body in excellent working order!

1. Belinda is a very professional Pilates instructor. I have one on one sessions with her when I'm in Sydney and she honestly is better than all the personal trainers I have experienced in the past. Belinda truly cares about if my movement and posture is correct while doing the exercise (unlike some unprofessional personal trainers you see at gyms where they just want to chat with you and get through the sessions).
2. Belinda keeps strict hygiene standards, socks are compulsory (you can buy nice Pilates socks there if you forgot to bring yours), she disinfects and wipes down the benches and equipment

Art of Pilates is an excellent Pilates studio. As I have a history of a troublesome back I was so happy to find someone that was extremely experienced, who really understood Pilates and how it can be used as a rehab, maintenance and fitness tool. Also, Belinda genuinely cares and works closely with you. Belinda can spot even the subtlest shifts in your body that may prevent you from doing an exercise correctly or worse actually harm yourself. When such care is taken it is very reassuring. The setup is very professional with a friendly atmosphere. I happily recommend this studio.

I love Art of Pilates, it is a great and warm environment and Belinda really helped my problem areas and focused on strengthening those muscles. Art of Pilates is great as each individual has a different 'workout' based on what they want to focus on. I highly recommend it here, you will not regret, all the instructors are lovely and highly competent

Attending Belinda's classes at Art of Pilates has been a complete life-health-changer for me. I first started with Belinda 3 years ago after a collapsed lung, and through slow and steady management I regained my confidence and my full lung capacity back! I was then hooked on pilates and through twice weekly classes I lost weight, gained tone I never knew I had, and felt strength which empowered me to feel so great! I have attended Belinda's classes recently as a pre-natal student - and with a gentle strength building program went right up until 39 weeks. Art of Pilates is fantastic as you attend

I started going to one Pilates class a week back in January 2014 thinking I wouldn’t stick to it. 1 1/2 years later - I have been doing two classes a week and sometimes a third! For someone who doesn’t usually stick to any exercise, I have impressed myself! Belinda and the team are great instructors. They are encouraging, supportive, positive and extremely helpful whether it be within their classes or simply posting a healthy recipe for all of us to try.
I have been down the path of going to the gym and had absolutely no motivation compared to how much I love going to my Pilates classes each

I started Pilates to help me with my back pain. My posture was pretty terrible and every couple of months my back would spasm and cause me to take time off work and not do much so I started attending 2 classes each week. I have been going to Art of Pilates for over 6 months now and my back pain has gone and my core much stronger. Belinda and her team are amazing and I always walk out taller and feeling happy! The team is really great fun! I highly recommend Art of Pilates to anybody who wants to get rid of back pain and improve their core strength and posture!
