Cathy has been practising pilates for 15 years, instructing for 13 years. Cathy is a former athlete who found she could no longer run due to persistent knee pain and tried pilates as an alternate way to keep in shape. Pilates has been an enormous benefit to maintaining a healthy lifestyle for Cathy and achieving a level of strength and flexibility that surpasses even what she achieved during her peak fitness as an athlete.
I've been attending Cathy's pilates classes for several years, the classes have made a huge difference to my flexibility, strength and tone - I wouldn't miss them. Cathy's classes cater to all levels, with clear instructions provided for all exercises. Nice friendly environment, where you walk away feeling like you have achieved something.
