Services
My name is Kathy Bowden, I have a Diploma in Pilates movement therapy and will provide a full body work out that will include all of the key pilates principles. I am passionate about teaching pilates and designing classes to suit each clients goals and needs. My studio has three reformers, so classes are small and personal, so that you are well supervised throughout your class.

Both Bianca and Kristen are excellent instructors. My body has improved over this past year, it's become more balanced stronger, leaner. I walk taller and I enjoy my classes, they're very serious instructors, but the class is fun.

I have been doing Pilates for just over a year now with Kristin @ K.Pilates Studio in Palos Park. I feel that my posture has greatly improved, especially my back! My flexibility is better and I have a much stronger core. My stamina has also improved and I always feel awesome and completely recharged after each session.
Kristin ALWAYS works one on with with each person in the class, correcting posture alignment during each exercise and she challenges us using our total body during each class. There has NEVER been a class in all the sessions that I have done that has been boring or repetitive.

OUTSTANDING WORKOUT! I feel this is more of an athletic studio than others I've tried in the area. The flow between movements is consistent with little down time, so you get a solid workout in about an hour. I've being doing Pilates for a couple years now and this is by far the best studio in the SW burbs. Kristen is such a talented instructor and knows when to push and more importantly, when not to push you past your ability. Can't wait for my next class!

Kristin is such an amazing instructor. Her attention to detail is unreal.... every muscle in my body feels completely worked after a reformer session at K Pilates. Also, I have bulging discs in my neck so there's quite a lot of workout regimes that just don't suit me. Before I started my pilates I was spending a fortune on chiropractic care, acupuncture. ..etc.
I can't explain how much I need this class.

I love K Pilates. I was tired of doing the same old cardio exercises and needed a change. I started taking pilates and immediately saw results in my strength, posture, and flexibility. Kristin is amazing to work with. She is a great instructor who truly wants you to get the most out of every minute you are in the studio. I am thoroughly hooked and can thank Kristin and K Pilates studio!
