Hello my name is Katrina and I am a Certified Pilates Instructor, qualified and registered for Mat and Equipment Pilates for all levels. I trained under a Physiotherapist at Queensland Institute of Pilates graduating in 2011. I also hold a Diploma in Remedial Therapies graduating with high distinctions from Australian College of Natural Medicine in 2006.

Not only are Katrina's pilates classes the best in town, her monthly Stretch and Relaxation classes are also a must for anyone who needs to stretch tight muscles, unwind and enjoy some precious "me time." I have experienced three of these classes - I was totally sold after the first class and am now looking forward to my 4th class. Katrina's skill… and knowledge are apparent as the class is guided through a series of stretch sequences. I love Revival Pilates! Katrina is fun, energetic, outgoing & compassionate. I know that when I come to class I will get personalised attention. Katrina is amazingly patient, she sees everything & is very… adaptive to any situation my body is having. Each week she makes us think about each little muscle & how it affects our movements & she always shares information that I am able to apply in my everyday life. I have been attending Revival Pilates since 2012 when I was introduced by a mutual friend to Katrina after cervical spine surgery (resulting in disc removal and fusion). Strengthen my core through Pilates has been my saviour to deal with severe back pain. Katrina is fantastic for that personal service you will not get elsewhere, her knowledge… allows her to modify all exercises to suit every individual and our limitations. I can not speak highly enough about Revival Pilates. I have severe osteoarthritis in both knees and Katrina’s small Pilates classes allow her to be hands on, aware of my limits and help me accordingly. I have… recently started doing the Barre Fit classes and can really get my heart rate up without any pain to my knees. I didn’t think I could do cardio anymore, but she proved me wrong. No matter what your age or fitness level, Katrina will take care of you - you won’t know yourself

If you are looking for a professional, educated, caring teacher who is passionate about Pilates Katrina is your girl. Katrina's background enables her to stand out from other instructors. Katrina puts loads of thought and time into making sure each class is fun, enjoyable and challenging. I love the all over workout I get from bootybarre and love that I now know how to practice Pilates properly without any injuries. I joined Katrina 7 years ago and have never thought of looking elsewhere.

Katrina is amazing at what she does. Katrina's niche is definitely creating a one on one experience in a class environment. If you have an injury or you are at a certain fitness level Katrina tailors your experience to suit your level. Pilates class has helped me in many ways and booty barre class is just an amazing 1hr of fitness, great music and a laugh here and there! I highly recommend Revival Pilates. xx
