Every moment you live mindfully is a moment you have truly lived. If you're usually trapped in your head, thinking about and analysing the past or trying to predict the future, then consider how your life may be different if you shifted your moment to moment awareness into what was actually real. Even though you may want to move forward in your life, you may have one foot on the brakes.

In order to be free, we must learn how to let go. Release the hurt. Release the fear. Refuse to entertain your old pain. The energy it takes to hang onto the past is holding you back from a new life. So you know that it's important to exercise regularly and keep your body fit, flexible and healthy, but have you considered.

You probably know that the human resource in your business is the most important resource you have. Positive Psychology, the study of optimal human functioning, teaches us that there are many simple tools to build staff happiness. And it's often not related to how much money they earn. After earning enough to cover their basic expenses, most people want to be appreciated and to find meaning and purpose in their work.
Mindfulness is about being present with wherever is, whether it's pleasant or not. It's about having the capacity to focus your attention and enhance your awareness to take in the moment to moment existence of your life. In this way, mindfulness allows us to slow down from the frenetic pace in which most of us live to a more manageable level.
Hypnosis is a trance-like state of heightened awareness. Everyone goes in and out of natural trances many times a day. If you've ever walked or driven somewhere whilst concentrating so deeply on something else that when you arrived, you couldn't remember the actual process of driving or walking, then you'll know what it is to be in a trance.
Last night's group Mindfulness class was commenced with a discussion of the Art of Forgiveness. You probably think of forgiveness as letting go of anger towards someone or something, and it's certainly that, but also more. Forgiveness is learning to accept, or even be comfortable with not getting what you wanted, what you thought you.

Judith has a beautiful, clean use of language and is highly professional. Her mindfulness training concentrates on development of the skill to allow a person to put aside resentment or anticipation of an event and to concentrate energy on the present.
