At Happy Hot Yoga, we use far infrared (fir) heaters which is installed safely in the ceiling to heat the room to between 30-40 degrees. We synchronize the temperature to what type of class we are performing. The infrared heat is classified as a healing heat to provide a therapeutic yoga practice that will empower all ages and levels of health, fitness and athleticism.
The unique combination of heat and yoga rejuvenates the body by upholding healing and boosting the immune system. Hot yoga builds strength and flexibility, and prevents gradual stiffening and joint deterioration. It also assists our body to mobilize toxins and sweat. The studio is maintained at 30 degrees by far infrared (fir) heaters for optimal therapeutic benefits which purify body and mind.

Stress and feeling overwhelmed is something that most of us have experienced at some stage in our lives. Meditation has certainly been such a huge help in helping me cope with the stress and demand placed on me. I love meditation so much I am now a meditation teacher certified to teach 1 Giant mind Learn to Meditate courses.
I'm Carla, founder of Happy Hot Yoga. I'm so grateful you're here and if you're not already, I invite you to join our community! A few years back I became so passionate about how yoga helped me change my life, that I wanted to share it with as many people in my local community as I could. Hence, Happy Hot Yoga was born.

Love this place. It's very authentic, not pretending to be anything it isn't. Carla has been putting all her energy into creating community, as well as providing sweat-inducing yoga classes. Disclaimer - I used to teach here and, being an experienced international yoga teachers of twenty years and having taught in many places, it was still one of my favourites and I have been missing it since moving overseas. A large array of classes is offered, including very unique ones like areal and slow props. Don't pass Woy Woy without checking in!

Amazing yoga studio! I was an avid yogi in Sydney before moving up, and struggled to find a studio on the coast that challenged me and also addressed the spiritual side of yoga. Happy Hot Yoga ticks all of these boxes, and I love going to the different classes - especially Flying High Yoga and Power Yoga. The Yin classes are fantastic, too. Carla is a lovely instructor and she's built a great community around her classes. Highly recommend!

After having my first bub a few months ago, I was a bit anxious at getting back into hot yoga. Honestly, it has been the best thing I’ve done for myself, and my family! Thank you Carla for welcoming me into your beautiful studio and back onto my mat. I look forward to your classes and always leave feeling so much lighter and energised (even with lack of sleep from the night before). To any new mums out there, do yourself a favour and try happy hot yoga . You will find YOU again!

This place is addictive, seriously good workouts and an interesting mix of classes and teachers throughout the year. . Each class I feel a difference to my practice so I try to get there as often as I can because the more I make it, the bigger impact it has in how I feel every day. I never regret a HHY class and the studio is welcoming to everybody so I feel comfortable turning up.

Really love the variety of classes here. There is a beautiful community of members and the instructors are great. Carla's relax, revive and recharge is one of my favourites as she gives us some great insights to think about in our guided meditations. I also love the rotations of the international yoga instructors we have as it introduces new practices too. A great place to practice hot yoga. Definitely a must-try 💖🙏🏽

Happy Hot Yoga at Woy Woy is a great yoga studio. This studio was the second hot yoga studio that I went to on the Central Coast and after my first class at Happy Hot Yoga Woy Woy I was hooked. The atmosphere of the studio is great; very friendly and welcoming. I found that the yoga really showed me how flexible I can be and also if you put your mind to something you can really achieve it. I found that each class I did was great and every single class that I went to always had something different about it. I never thought that I could ever stop my mind from constantly thinking about
